Last resort will be to revert back to Windows 7 which I know there is an option to do, but would prefer not to have to do that. I will try and download the ISO file from the link mentioned by JohnAshwell above and see how that works, but having read a number of forums on this issue, I'm not expecting much. I still can't access the network drive via explorer. I have also tried setting the Compatibility Mode to Windows 7 for the Dashboard executables, but that made no difference either. I've tried un-installing the Dashboard and re-installing it and get no issues doing this, but end up with the same result. ![]() ![]() ![]() The Seagate Dashboard worked fine, connecting to my Seagate network drive without any errors, but the X, Y and Z drives are not visible or accessible via explorer, making it a bit useless. The second laptop is 32 bit and was upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. The Dashboard worked first time and the X, Y and Z drives are I'm not sure if any of this makes any difference but my goFlex home Seagate network drive works fine with no issues. ![]() The laptop that works fine is 64 bit, and was updated from Windows 8 to 10. I've had the same issue having updated 2 laptops to Windows 10 recently, One works fine and the other half works!
